The Inspiration Behind Retreat Yourself - Relax, Replenish, Rejuvenate - Andrea Dray

I had a vision for quite some time of creating something special for women - some form of a get away to be able to simply relax from their daily routine, take a time out to replenish themselves so that when they come back to reality they feel so rejuvenated that they're ready to take on the world once again. This is the inspiration behind Retreat Yourself - Relax Replenish Rejuvenate! I teamed up with my dear friend and colleague Devora-Gila Berkowitz, who is also a seasoned certified life coach, and after long hours spent on polling, planning and creating, this vision is finally coming to fruition! Together we are bringing to life our first retreat for women! At this retreat the women will learn how to bring more calm and flow into their lives, discover what a true life balance is all about and how to achieve that, inspire others and get inspired, reconnect with their own self and make new connections with other like-minded women.

I discovered throughout my years of raising a family that although my family will always be my priority, it is still a must that I also do for ME! When our loved ones know they can depend on us they will and when they know that we are not available they somehow manage just fine. This retreat is designed to be an affordable get away so all women can treat themselves because they deserve it!
